So I'm working on this new puppet rig (which is almost complete) and I was thinking of getting other people to beta test them before they're released. What I'd like is feedback concerning the way it moves, animates, and how it exports. If interested, please search for me on skype and add: Merlin [KiloPaSKULL]

Well here it is, the video I've been working on for a little while. I finished the actual animating part in 3 days before the deadline (being yesterday) and man o man. The lip syncing...It took me 2 all nighters in a row and a day to complete, and the first all nighter was dedicated to lip syncing alone. Thankfully, I had Papagayo to help me with the lip sync, it was so much easier to do after using it. Exporting was the last day and my computer kept overheating and the software keep freezing. But now that its all over, I'm happy to reveal to you, my very first animation

I'm almost done a project I've been working on, the stage has been set with both puppet rigs done. All I have to do now is the final animation and video editing!
*fluttershy yay* :D

Man, how do some people do this? I'm really trying hard to do the animation stuff I want to but something keeps coming up. I've been given an official deadline for one of my animation projects I'm working on and now I have to really rush at it to get it done before the deadline. This puts back all the other animation projects I'm working on (such as the new advanced puppet rig for AS) Not only that, I am also trying to get back on the work saddle but it is very difficult to contact my manager to start working again. Once I do I'll have a sustainable income to work on all my projects. So all in all, life is tough right now, but I know it'll get better because I want it to get better. I will do everything in my power to make everything work and get everything done. I know with the right mindset I can do anything. I just have to work out a few rough patches and I'll be good to go. Till then, I hope you guys understand my current situation, and have a nice day :)

Tales from Grand Theft Auto 5
Playing as Franklin

Insanity! Franklins mind was racing around as he ran around on the highway, nearing deadly strikes of steal and metal that could destroy a big chunk of the body's bones and take the breath out of him while rupturing veins and causing bloodloss at a rate waaay higher than intended to keep life in the body. His spine was split as a hummer struck him, as well as his arms and legs and ribs. Even the back. What else could possibly go wrong with the body after all the deadly blows it had suffered from already? The neck was also split partly, leaving a big gush of red fluid spraying that was caused by the heart explosion. Only the brain was left, to possibly try to analize what just happened and go through the memories of he loved in life most. Things that gave his life meaning and pleasures where remembered first to try comfort his remaining seconds of life that was currently undergoing what was the remains seconds of life that was being brought to an end through painful crushing beneath a ton of iron and metal. Unable to cope with the trauma, the brain dies from all the nerve destruction.
Life ends...
...and he is brought to the hospital and somehow comes back to life to rampage on. The end.

Do you have a problem with smart bones in AS 10? I can't get mine to work like it did in AS 9. Once I make an action for a bone, I can't press z to move the bone so that I can morph the vector layer for a smoother leg transition. Do you have that problem?

yeah, i do too. Before it creates the bone action it asks what you want the bone constraints to be, then based on those constraints it'll let you edit them. its hard to explain but yeah. Also; I think that you have to link that bone to another to edit it and the morphing will only happen when you're in the animation frames. Its a little tricky, but you'll have to get used to it. Thats why I'm taking so long with my puppets, because I'm still trying to figure out how to use them to my advantage. If you can make them work comfortably then you'll be a better animator than I :P

As if I'm not already better. :D

I may just continue working in AS 9 for simplicity, then transfer my projects into 10 for animation, maybe
